How wonderful it is to have a lavish night club by Radisson Blu. Talking more about the place, it is in Radisson Blu hotel which sits in Marathahalli. An Italian architect named Gussape Morando from spacematrix (An Italian architecture company) designed this pulchritude which really turned out to be one of the few splendid night clubs in the city.

I was there with a friend on a Saturday night for dinner . Would you be interested in knowing about my experience with Marquis? Here you go

Norway wind:

A Gin based cocktail which make you to sip more and more. Along with the gin other ingredients that blew my mind was homemade elder flower syrup with traces of apple juice. The intensity of gin is quite subtle. Outer side of the glass mouth was dusted with sugar power which added an extra flavour to the cocktail.

The Brambell:

Yet another stimulating gin-based cocktail! Most of the portion is crushed ice. Gin with slight amount citrus tasted great and the crushed ice has a pleasant flavour of berries. This is absolutely berrylicious!

Cigare Borek:

After seeing this Turkish delight in the menu, I could hardly resist to order. I have tasted this delicacy previously at some restaurant in Copenhagen. I kept my expectations high and was truly astounded by the taste of it. This baked pastry is filled with adequate amount of fresh and perfectly cooked spinach and cheese. The cheesy spinach tasted heavenly and matched my pallet with the cocktails served on the table.

Cach glow:

A well presented radiant blue rum based cocktail which is absolutely a visual treat. Citrus and orange flavours are quite intense . If you like rum-based cocktails, this is a must try.

Char-grilled baby Octopus skewers:

It’s hard to find a tasty Octopus dish in Bengaluru. I must say this is one of the best Octopus skewer I have tasted before. The pieces are cooked perfectly and sufficiently chewy with mild level of spice. The dipping was tangy and slightly spicy which matched very well with the skewers.

Kung pao Chicken:

My never-ending love to kung pao chicken has made me to order this dish. Tender chicken pieces are fried to deep brown with adequate amount of spices. Each bite of this starter is an absolute flavour punch and this starter goes really well with drinks.

Radisson blu has always been the best hotel for their warm hospitality. All the staff are extremely courteous and has immense knowledge on what they are serving. When you have everything ready, what are you waiting for? Do pay a visit to Marquis to indulge in yourself.
